Return Policy

Returns 

Customers have 14 calender days to return/exchange an item from the date you received the item. This means that after the 14 days returns/exchanges will not be accepted. 

There are no refunds on sale items, or items purchased using a discount code. These are final sale items, you may only exchange. This includes bundled items, as they are considered discounted items.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in new unused condition, with all original tags still attached. Items not returned in this condition cannot be refunded.

For all free replacements of damaged/defective items the customer will be required to pay the cost of shipping

Click here to submit your request, all returns/exchanges are subject to a £16-£52 restocking fee depending on the size and weight of the items being returned, unless the items arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please note: All items that you believe to have arrive damaged or incorrect, we require proof. This includes but is not limited to a photo of the item, the packaging, packing slip, etc…

If your items are returned to sender or delivery fails for any reason, there will be a £21 re-ship fee, that will need to be paid prior to the items being re-shipped.

ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION: In the event that your packag is damaged while in transit, or lost or stolen, ROUTE ensures that your items are fully covered. We highly recommend not removing this from your order. Please contact   for assistance if needed with this process.

 

Sale items

All sale items are final (if you've applied a discount code to your purchase) We can not refund or make a product exchange unless your product was wrongfully shipped or you have a product defect. Click here to submit your request.


Refunds

You have 30 Days to submit for a full refund if your order is in the original packaging. Click here to submit your request. Please note there will be a small restocking fee of £16-50 for return label fee. Your returned item must arrive at our facility before receiving the refund to your original bank account or payment method.

Exchanges

All damages and defects must be reported within 30 days from the date of delivery, in order to be eligible for a free product replacement, unless covered under warranty, bought at the time of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please Click here to submit your request. Please note there will be a small restocking fee of £21 for return label fee. If there has been a mistake with your order, you've received the wrong item, there will be no additional fees charged.
